Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Fancy Luxury Fashion.  

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1.   Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase without any cancellation charges within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. 

 

2.   Returns

a) You have seven days to claim return for an item from the date you received it to the following address: TBD
b) To be eligible for a return:
     i. Your item must be unused or damaged on arrival;
    ii. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it;
   iii. Your item must be in the original packaging; and
   iv. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.   Refunds

a) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
b) If your return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4.   Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping will not be refunded.
