PRE-ORDER POLICY

The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out after we launch it on our website.

Demand can be very high on certain items and frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.

Pre-orders usually takes 8-10 weeks waiting time which is caused by manufacturing (production time) and this time also may vary due to COVID-19.

Please note: that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.

Fancy Luxury Fashion is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. You will proceed to the check out as usual and make full payment when purchasing any Pre-Order.

Fancy Luxury Fashion does not usually accept cancellation of Pre Orders as the heels will be booked for each customer. But you can cancel your purchase without any cancellation charges within 24 hours of placing the order. 

If you would like to cancel your preorder and it's been approved by us. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Express Shipping on Preorders

Please do not place orders for shoes expecting next day delivery. If you chose that shipping option it will be shipped with the chosen method once the item arrives at our shipping warehouse. Some times the heels may come out of production but sit at our warehouse in Italy waiting to be shipped to you.
